| 目的观察干髓糊治疗老年人牙髓炎拔髓后根管探痛的疗效。方法随机抽取有根管探痛的老年患者189例(每人仅有一颗牙有根管探痛),并将之随机分为两组:实验组95例,用扩管针将适量的干髓糊充分导入根管內探痛处;对照组94例,再次拔髓后,在根管内放置蘸有甲醛甲酚(FC)液棉捻。两组均暂封观察,实验组15天,对照组5天复诊,若复诊仍有探痛可再次换药观察。两组均15天为一疗程。根据标准判定疗效。结果实验组有效率为94.74%,对照组有效率为56.38%,两组有效率比较,差异有高度显著性(P<0.005)。结论干髓糊治疗老年人根管探痛疗效优于再拔髓上甲醛甲酚液。 |
