| 目的分析乳腺良恶性病变的钼靶X线特征,评价钼靶X线对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法120例病例均为女性,年龄14~75岁,平均年龄45岁。常规采用轴位及斜位投照。所有病例诊断均经手术、病理证实。结果在钼靶诊断为良性病变的44例中,病理证实40例为良性,3例为乳腺癌,1例未定性,钼靶阳性率约91%;在钼靶诊断为恶性病变的76例中,病理证实70例为恶性,3例良性,3例未定性,钼靶阳性率约92%。未定性者4例,其后病理诊断3例为恶性,1例为良性。共误诊6例,约占5.26%。结论钼靶X线检查对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。 |

| Objective To analyze the molybdenum target radiography(MTR) imaging findings of benign and malignant breast lesions,and to evaluate the value of MTR on the diagnosis of breast benign and malignant lesions.
