      目的观察局部狭窄远心端的流场分布,以便探讨动脉粥样硬化好发区的流场特征。方法数值模拟局部狭窄远心端流场以及剪切应力的分布,粒子图象速度场仪(PIV)测定局部狭窄远心端流场分布。结果数值模拟结果表明局部狭窄远心端流场紊乱,有明显的涡流和二次流形成,并且形成局部的低剪切应力区域,PIV测定的结果证实局部狭窄远心端流场紊乱。结论局部狭窄远心端的流场分布及其特征有利于动脉粥样硬化病变的形成和发展。

      Objective To examine the distribution and feature of flow field at distal stenosis. Methods Numerical simulation was used to simulate the distribution of flow field and shear stress at distal stenosis.Particle image velomecitry(PIV) was used to detect the distribution of flow field at distal stenosis.Results Disturbed flow regions with flow recirculation or stagnation and low wall shear rates occurred at distal stenosis,which were affected by ratio of stenosis and inlet velocity.
