| 目的 现洲外鼻被覆软组织层次特点及其厚度,为临床鼻整形和美容提供形态学资料.方法 8具新鲜的头部标本,切取外鼻正中线的不同部位(包括鼻根、鼻背、鼻尖及鼻翼),制成石蜡切片、HE染色,光镜下观察切片的软组织层次特点,并测量各层次的厚度.结果 外鼻各部位被覆软组织均为6层:表皮层、真皮层、皮下组织层、纤维肌层、深筋膜层、(软)骨膜层.各部位的表皮层形态特点相似,厚度为0.1mm.真皮层内的血管分布不均、厚度各异.皮下组织层和纤维肌层(SMAS)的形态特点及厚度均不相同.深筋膜层内为疏松结缔组织,且分布密度不均.结论 了解了外鼻被覆软组织层次特点及其各层的厚度,有利于临床行外鼻整形术和避免手术并发症. |

| Objective To observe the characteristic of layers and thickness of the soft tissue of external nose for providing the essential morphological data used for rhinoplasty and hairdressing. Methods On 8 fresh specimens of head,cutting different sites on the mid-line of nose,under a light microscope,each layer characteristic of nose was observed and the thickness of each layer was measured.
