      目的 了解本院血液感染的细菌种类及耐药性.方法 采用全自动血培养仪BACTEC9050进行培养,细菌鉴定采用ATB Expression系统,药敏试验采用K-B法.结果 血液培养阳性率为10.16%,检出细菌23种共229株,其中革兰阳性细菌139株(60.70%),革兰阴性细菌76株(33.19%),真菌14株(6.11%).革兰阳性细菌以表皮葡萄球菌(81/139)为主,革兰阴性菌中以大肠埃希茵(45/76)为主.表皮葡萄球菌对利福平、呋喃妥因、米诺环素、万古霉素和替考拉宁有较高敏感性.大肠埃希菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星、美罗培南和亚胺培南有较高敏感性.结论 本院血液标本细菌检出率较高,了解血液感染细菌的分布特征和耐药性,对减少院内感染,指导临床合理使用抗生素有重要意义.

      Objective To investigate the kinds of bacteria and their drug resistance in blood cultures of our hospital. Methods Bacteria was detected with BACTEC-9050 Autoanalyzer and ATB Expression.The K-B method was applied for the drug susceptibility test. Results The positive rate of blood cultures was 10.16% and 229 bacterial strains were detected.There were 139 strains of Gram-positive bacteria(60.70%),76 strains of Gram-negative bacteria(33.19%) and 14 strain of fungus(6.11%).The main bacterial in Gram-positive ...
