| 目的 探讨动静脉联合给药途径的新辅助化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌治疗中的作用.方法 通过对本院2006年1月～2007年6月收治的78例局部晚期宫颈癌患者行静脉全身化疗 子宫动脉介入化疗 子宫动脉栓塞治疗,观察化疗前后宫颈肿块大小及宫旁情况改变来判断新辅助化疗的疗效.结果 化疗1个疗程后2周妇检结合B超检查,完全缓解(CR)22例;部分缓解(PR)53例;病情稳定(SD)2例;进展(PD)1例,有效率96.15%(75/78),手术率96.15%.术后病检无瘤率3.85%(3/78).结论 动静脉联合给药途径的新辅助化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌治疗中能控制病情进展并为晚期患者提供手术机会. |

| Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix by arteriolar-venular infusion. Methods Seventy-eight patients with locally advanced carcinoma between Jan 2006 and June 2007 in our hospital were prescribed by using vein infusion chemotherapy and uterine artery interventional therapy and uterine artery embolotherapy.
