| 目的 研究雷帕霉素作用于HL-60细胞后,对细胞增殖、细胞周期及细胞凋亡率的影响.方法 通过细胞生长曲线、MTT检测细胞增殖情况;免疫荧光染色、流式细胞仪检测细胞周期和凋亡率.结果 雷帕霉素组与空白对照组细胞生长抑制率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);细胞培养72 h后,雷帕霉素组与空白对照组细胞凋亡率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 雷帕霉素能抑制HL-60细胞增殖及促进其凋亡. |

| Objective To investigate the effct of Rapamycin on the proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis of human leukemia cell line HL-60.Methods HL-60 cells were treated with various doses of rapamycin,the proliferation of HL-60 cells was detected by growth curve and MTT method.Immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometer was used for cell cycle and appoptosis detection.
