      目的 观察葛根异黄酮对去卵巢大鼠骨密度及骨钙含量的影响,为绝经后骨质疏松的防治提供一定的实验依据.方法 40只SD健康雌性大鼠切除双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松症模型后随机分成4组,每组10只,即:模型对照组(生理盐水);高剂量组(葛根异黄酮100 mg/kg);中剂量组(葛根异黄酮50 mg/kg)和低剂量组(葛根异黄酮25 mg/kg)灌胃,每天一次,共3个月,观察葛根异黄酮对去卵巢大鼠骨密度及骨钙含量的影响.结果 葛根异黄酮在100 mg/kg、50 mg/kg组对大鼠的股骨远心端骨密度、股骨中点骨密度、骨钙含量、干股骨重及体重高于模型对照组(P<0.05).结论 适量葛根异黄酮对卵巢切除大鼠骨质疏松症有防治作用.

      Objective To observe the effects of total isof lavones of Pueraria on bone mineral density and Histomorphology in ovariectomized rats,in order to provides proofs from the laboratory for the prevention and cure of post-menopause osteoporosis.
