| 目的 探讨输卵管吻合术后受孕情况与各种因素的关系.方法 将40例原绝育手术为腹式输卵管结扎术的患者79条输卵管用显微技术施行吻合术.结果 术后复通75条,复通率为94.9%;宫内妊娠34例,复孕率为85.0%,无宫外孕发生.随访发现,吻合后长度为7～9 cm时复通率与复孕率较高.而吻合部位与复通和复孕也有关系,峡部-峡部吻合时复通率与复孕率较高.结论 采用该术式输卵管吻合术成功率较高,而且与手术吻合部位有关. |

| Objective To investigate the clinical records of the pregnancy rate after the anastomose operation of uterine tube and to discuss the relevant factors affecting the tubal pregnancy. Methods 40 cases,which were carried out oviduct ligation,were performed tubal anastomosis with microsurgery. Results The rate of recanalization after the tubal anastomosis is 94.9%,the pregnancy rate within uterus is 85% and no pregnancy outside uterus happened.
