| 目的 探讨高场磁共振(MRI)对骨挫伤的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析35例骨挫伤患者X线平片、CT及高场强(1.5T)MRI检查资料,并比较各常用MRI序列的信号强度和特点.结果 本组35例X线平片均未见骨折征象,CT检查亦无明显骨折征象,仅见周围软组织肿胀和关节腔积液,高场强MRI检查,SE序列T1WI表现为不规则斑片状、地图状及长条状低信号,T2WI表现为不规则高信号(12例)、等信号(6例)、低信号(17例);质子加权预饱和脂肪抑制(PDW-FS)序列均表现为明显高信号;所有病例都有不同程度软组织损伤和关节腔积液.结论 在X线平片、CT及MRI三种影像检查方法中,MRI是能有效诊断骨挫伤的检查方法.在高场MRI检查的各常用序列中,PDW-FS序列是明确诊断的最佳序列. |

| Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high field strength MRI in bone contusion. Methods Imaging data of X-ray,CT and MRI of 35 cases with bone contusion were analyzed retrospectively.The signal intension and features of different routine MRI pulse sequences were compared.
