| 目的 评价99m Tc-MIBI乳腺断层双时相显像与乳腺钼靶X线照相检测乳腺癌的实用性.方法 对93例临床可疑乳腺病变的患者进行乳腺钼靶X线照相和99mTc-MIBI乳腺断层双时相显像,并与病理学诊断结果进行对比.结果 与病理组织学诊断比较, 乳腺钼靶X线照相检测乳腺癌敏感性为80%,特异性为44.8%,阳性预测值为46.7%;99m Tc-MIBI乳腺断层双时相显像检测乳腺癌的敏感性为97.1%,特异性为79.3%,阳性预测值为73.9%.结论 99m Tc-MIBI乳腺断层双时相显像对乳腺癌的诊断较乳腺X线照相具有更好的临床应用价值. |

| Objective To evaluate the practical value of double-phase 99m TcMIBI tomographic imaging and breast X-ray in the detection of breast cancer.
