| 目的 探讨联合显像方法对甲状腺"冷(凉)结节"的临床诊断价值.方法 应用99mTcO4- 对甲状腺结节患者进行SPECT甲状腺动态和静态联合显像.结果 静态显像显示为"冷(凉)结节"患者,若动态显像示血流灌注增加,则甲状腺恶性肿瘤的可能性大;若动态显像示血流灌注减少或无血流灌注,则多为甲状腺良性肿瘤.结论 甲状腺动态与静态联合显像对判断甲状腺"冷(凉)结节"的良、恶性有一定临床意义. |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical value of union imaging method in differentiating the nature of thyroid"cold(cool)"nodules. Methods The SPECT thyroid dynamic and static union imaging using 99mTcO4-were performed to the thyroid nodular patients. Results The patients with static imaging demonstration of "cold(cool)" nodules were obserued.
