| 目的 研究不同年龄和不同性别组结肠癌和结肠息肉的肠镜检查特点.方法 回顾性对比分析1853例结肠癌和结肠息肉患者的发病年龄、性别、分布部位及病理结果.结果 老年组结肠癌和结肠息肉的检出率均明显高于中年组和青年组;女性病例中,结肠癌发生比例以中年组最高;同时共存结肠癌与息肉的病例有1.94%.结肠癌和结肠息肉多好发于直、乙状结肠,但不同病理类型有一定的好发部位.结论 对不同年龄和不同性别组结肠癌和结肠息肉的肠镜特点的认识,有助于提高结肠癌和结肠息肉的诊断率. |

| Objective To study the features of enteroscopy in different age - group and sex - group colon carcinoma and colonic polyp. Methods Age of onset, sex, distribution and results of pathology to cordon carcinoma and colonic polyp cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The detection rate of colon carcinoma and colonic polyp in older age - group all obviously exceeded that in middle age - group and young age - group; In the female case,the highest incident rate of colon carcinoma is in the middle age- guoup; There were 1.94% of cases which had both colon carcinoma and colonic polyp; The colon carcinoma and colonic polyp often happened in the rectum and sigmoid colon, but different pathological type of the colon carcinoma and colonic polyp had predilection sites of themselves. Conclution To learn the features of enteroscopy of colon carcinoma and colonic polyp cases in different age - group and sex- group, helps to raise the diagnosis rate for them. |
