| 目的 观察静脉输注前列腺素E1(PGE1)联合口服百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及尿白蛋白的影响.方法 糖尿病肾病患者155例,随机分为对照组、PGE1组、百令胶囊组及治疗组,治疗组应用PGE1联合百令胶囊治疗,PGE1组应用PGE1治疗,百令胶囊组应用百令胶囊治疗,对照组应用复方丹参注射液治疗.结果 治疗后治疗组、PGE1组、百令胶囊组尿白蛋白排泄量和血肌酐含量均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后PGE1组、百令胶囊组、治疗组分别与对照组尿白蛋白排泄量和血肌酐含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组与PGE1组、百令胶囊组作治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后随访3个月,尿白蛋白和血肌酐含量无明显变化.结论 前列腺素E1、百令胶囊均能减少糖尿病肾病患者尿白蛋白排泄量和血肌酐水平,改善肾功能,两药联用疗效优于两药单用. |

| Objective To observe the clinical effects of prostaglandin E1(PGE1) injection combined with bailing capsule on renal function and urinary albumin excertion in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods 155 patients with DN were divided randomly into control group,PGE1 treatment group,bailing capsule treatment group and PGE1 combined with bailing capsule treatment group.Complex prescription danshen injection were used in the control group.Results Compared with control group,the urinary albumin excretion rate of other three treated groups were reduced significantly(P<0.05).Compared with PGE1 treatment group or bailing capsule treatment group,the urinary albumin excretion rate of the combined treatment group were reduced significantly(P<0.05) and had no changes in the following 3 months.Conclusions PGE1 and bailing capsule treatment has some good effects of reducing the urinary albumin excretion and improving renal function in patients with DN.A combination of PGE1 and bailing capsule treatment has greater effects than that of the single treatment of PGE1 or bailing capsule. |
