| 目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆P选择素(CD62P)、溶酶体蛋白(CD63)浓度的变化及其与脑梗死的关系.方法 对65例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和57例健康体检者(对照组)血浆CD62P、CD63浓度进行测定,计算其异常率并进行比较.结果 脑梗死组血浆CD62P、CD63浓度高于对照组(P＜0.05),脑梗死组血浆CD62P、CD63异常率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 血浆CD62P、CD63浓度可作为临床评价脑梗死严重程度的生物学指标. |

| Objective To investigate the serum level of P-selection(CD62P) and lysosome protein(CD63)in the patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on the cerebral infarction.Methods 65 patients and 57 healthy persons as control were enrolled in this study.The serum level and abnormal rate of CD62P and CD63 were determined.Results The serum level of CD62P and CD63 in patients with cerebral infarction was higher than that in normal controls(P<0.05).Abnormal rate of CD62P and CD63 in the patients with cerebral infarction was higher than in normal controls(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum level of CD62P and CD63 may become an important considerable biological marker to evaluate the severity and prognosis of cerebral infarction. |
