| 目的 探讨胸壁微创小切口在高龄胸外科手术中的治疗效果.方法 分析2002年4月～2005年8月46例高龄自发性气胸患者的治疗情况.结果 全组无围手术期死亡,术后伤口疼痛轻,恢复快,无呼吸衰竭并发症,肺功能改善,活动耐力增强,30例随访无复发.结论 严格掌握手术指征,积极的围手术期处理,微创小切口手术在高龄患者中获得令人满意的效果. |

| Objective To discuss the adaptivity of microtrauma incisal opening in chest surgery of eider patients. Method We have reviewed the healing condition of 46 eider patients with spontaneous pneumothorax from April 2002 to August 2005. Results All patients survived during ambi - operation period and recovered quickly, with light cut - odynia after operation, without respiratory failure, with improved pulmonary function and enhanced action endurance. Thirty of them recurred. Conclusion We should control operation indication strictly and treat actively during ambi - operation in order to get content result of eider patients treated with microtrauma incisal opening surgery. |
