| 目的 观察穿琥宁注射液对小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效.方法 将60例确诊为病毒性肠炎的患儿随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,给予同样的食疗和辅助疗法,治疗组用穿琥宁注射液,对照组用利巴韦林注射液,观察两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗组在止泻时间及总有效率方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 穿琥宁注射液能广泛用于小儿病毒性肠炎的临床治疗. |

| Objective To observe the curative effect of Andrographolide injection in treating children viral enteritis. Methods Sixty cases of children viral enteritis were divided into curative group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to random sampling.The patients of curative group were treated with Andrographolide injection and control group treated with Ribavirin Injection,and the two groups were same in dietary therapy and fluid therapy,and then,their curative effect were observed.Results The curative group was superior to control group at the time of checking diarrhea and total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Andrographolide injection can be generally used in treating children viral enteritis clinically. |
