| 目的 探讨高血压脑出血微创治疗的疗效.方法 对118例脑出血患者,按超早期、早期、延期等不同时间点进行微创穿刺治疗,并与行内科治疗的43例脑出血患者进行比较,观察其有效率及病死率.结果 手术组有效率为67.8%,病死率为16.9%,对照组有效率和病死率分别为37.2%和27.9%,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 微创手术可有效降低脑出血患者的病死率,减轻功能障碍的程度. |

| Objective To research the effect and complications of mini traumapuncture treatment on intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 118 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with mini traumapuncure according to ultra-earlier period,earlier period,delaying different time point,and the ratio of validity and mortality were compared with that of 43 patients by internal medicine treatment.Results The ratio of validity and mortality of operation group were 67.8% and 16.9%,and the control group were 37.2% and 27.9%.The differences of the ratio of validity and mortality between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Mini traumapuncture treatment could decrease the mortality of intracerebral hemorrhage and relieve the malfunction. |
