| 目的 探讨乳腺癌患者组织中HLA-G的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系.方法 用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测144例乳腺癌患者病理组织和20例乳腺良性肿瘤组织,比较HLA-G分子表达及其与临床病理指标之间的关系.结果 (1)HLA-G分子在乳腺癌组织中表达率为39.5%(57/144),在乳腺良性肿瘤组织中表达率为0(0/20).(2)HLA-G分子表达与乳腺癌临床TNM分期、组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移相关(P＜0.05).结论 乳腺癌组织中HLA-G分子有较高表达,并且与肿瘤TNM分期,腋淋巴结转移,组织学分级显著相关. |

| Objective To investigate the expression of HLA-G and the relationship between HLA-G and clinicopathological Characteristics in breast cancer.Methods The expression of HLA-G of breast cancer specimens taken from 144 breast cancer patients and 20 benign breast tumour patients were examined by immunohistochemical S-P method.The expression of HLA-G was compared and the relation between HLA-G and clinicopathological characteristics in breast cancer was analyzed. Results(1)The positive expression rate of HLA-G was 39.5%(57/144) in breast cancer and O(0/20)in benign tumour.(2)The expression of HLA-G was positively correlated with clinical TNM phase(P<0.05),histological grade(P<0.05),axilliary lymph nodes metastases(P<0.05).Conclusions HLA-G highly expressed in breast Carcinomas,and was significantly associated with clinical TNM stage,histological grade and axilliary lymph nodes metastases. |
