| 目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌c-erbB-2、PCNA的表达及临床应用价值.方法 应用免疫组化S-P法对27例有颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC LNM),35例无颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)和30例甲状腺腺瘤(TA)进行了c-erbB-2、PCNA检测.结果 62例甲状腺乳头状癌的c-erbB-2、PCNA表达阳性率分别为54.8%和87.1%,在甲状腺腺瘤分别是10%和20%,PTC LNM组的c-erbB-2、PCNA的共同表达阳性率显著高于PrC组和TA组.结论 c-erbB-2、PCNA在甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展中有一定的相关性,联合表达与颈淋巴结转移密切相关,并在转移过程中起协同作用,联合检测在甲状腺乳头状癌与甲状腺腺瘤的鉴别诊断中有一定的临床价值. |

| Objective To study the expression of c-erbB-2,PCNA in thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC) and to discuss the value of its clinical appliance.Methods 27 case of PTC with LNM,35 papillary thyroid carcinomas without LMN,30 thyroid adenoma(TA) were studied by S-P immunochemistry method.Results The positive rates of expression of c-erbB-2,PCNA in PTC were 54.8%,87.1%and 10%,20% in TA.The co-expression of c-erbB-2,PCNA was 63% in PTC LNM significantly higher than that in PTC and TA.Conclusions C-erbB-2 and PCNA were correlated with the orige and development of thyroid papillary carcinoma.The co-expression of cerbB-2 and PCNA indicates the PTC,biological feature of easy LNM and parallel use of c-erbB-2 and PCNA is valuable for differentiate in PTC and TA. |
