| 目的 提高慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者心理障碍的认识并探讨相应的系统化护理干预措施.方法 将80例确诊为CP合并心理障碍的患者,随机平分为对照组与观察组.对照组给予常规护理;观察组除接受常规护理外,同时给予系统化护理干预(包括:与患者建立信赖关系、认知干预、心理干预、情绪干预、行为干预、建立家庭支持系统).干预前后,用国际前列腺炎症状评分指数表(NIH-CPSI)、自制的病人健康行为问卷调查表、治疗有效率进行评价.结果 护理干预后、干预后3个月观察组的CPSI、生活质量评分(QOL)明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),健康行为评分、治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P＜O.05).结论 系统化护理干预优于传统的护理方法,可降低患者心理障碍的程度,提高疗效及生活质量. |

| Objective To help chronic prostatitis(CP) patients understand the psychological barrier,and discuss,the systematic study of corresponding measures of nursing intervention.Methods 80 cases diagnosed as CP associated with mental disorders were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received conventional care;Apart from conventional care,the intervention group was given systematic nursing interventions which included: establishing trust with patients,cognitive intervention,psychological intervention,emotional intervention,behavioral intervention,and family support systems. Before and after intervention,they were evaluated with international prostatitis symptom score index(from the National Institutes of Health),a questionnaire survey of the health of patients and the therapeutic efficacy evaluation.Results After nursing intervention and 3 months after intervention, quality of life(QOL) scores in intervention group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),healthy behavior scores and the therapeutic efficacy were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic intervention is superior to the traditional nursing care,which can reduce the degree of psychological barrier,enhance the effectiveness and quality of life. |
