| 目的 探讨普米克都保与喘康速联合吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效.方法 76例患者联合吸入普米克都保与喘康速,且给予吸氧、抗炎、平喘、解痉等常规治疗,不全身使用糖皮质激素,15天为1疗程.在吸入前及吸入后第15天分别测定基础肺功能、临床症状、血气指数和生活质量的改变.结果 用药前后患者肺功能、临床症状、血气指标、生活质量指标都有不同程度改善,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 联合吸入普米克都保与喘康速可明显缓解COPD患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,改善患者血气指标,提高COPD患者的生活质量. |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pulmicort turbuhaler and bricasol inhaled on COPD patients.Methods Pulmicort turbuhaler and bricasol inhaled,and conventional therapy were used in seventy-six patients with COPD.The change of baseline pulmonary function,clinical symptom,blood gas index and life quality were measured before treatment,and on 15th days.Results There were remarkable improvement on all of the indexs.Baseline pulmonary function,clinical symptom,blood gas index and life quality increased significantly in those after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Pulmicort turbuhaler and bricasol inhaled can relieve clinical symptom of COPD patients,improve pulmonary function and blood gas index and enhance the life quality of COPD patients. |
