      目的 检测E-钙黏素(E-cadherin)和环氧合酶(COX-2)在胃癌组织中表达的相关性及探讨其与淋巴结转移的关系.方法 应用免疫组化技术(S-P法)检测60例胃癌组织和5例胃正常组织中E-cadherin和COX-2的表达及其在淋巴结中的表达情况.结果 正常胃黏膜E-cadherin呈阳性表达,而胃癌组织中E-cadherin的阴性表达率为83.3%(50/60);E-cadherin表达阴性与胃癌细胞分化程度、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移密切相关,但与性别、生长方式和肿瘤直径无明显相关.正常胃黏膜未见COX-2表达,癌组织中阳性表达明显升高,阳性表达率为61.7%(37/60);COX-2表达阳性与胃癌细胞分化程度、肿瘤生长方式、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移密切相关,但与肿瘤部位、直径和患者的性别无明显关系.结论 E-cadherin表达能抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移,COX-2可能参与了胃癌的侵袭和转移;E-cadherin表达下调和COX-2的高表达可能共同参与了胃癌的侵袭和转移.

      Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin and COX-2 in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods The expression levels of E-cadherin and COX-2 in 60 gastric carcinoma and 5 normal gastric tissue were examined by immunochemical staining.Results All the normal gastric tissue have positive E-cadherin expression and the expression of E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma was negative in 50(83.3%) of 60 tumors.The negative expression of E-cadherin was significantly associated with the grade of differentiation,tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis,but there was no significant correlation with gender and diameter of primary tumor.There was no expression of COX-2 in normal gastric tissue,but it was positive in gastric carcinoma,and the positive expression was 61.7%(37/60);The positive expression of COX-2 was significantly associated with the grade of differentiation,manner of tumor growth,tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis,but there was no significant correlation with position of tumor,diameter of primary tumor and gender.In addition,the expression of E-cadherin and COX-2 was significantly different in tumor and nontumor tissues.Conclusions The expression of E-cadherin can inhibit invasion and diversion of tumor cell and COX-2 probably participate in invasion and diversion of gastric carcinoma.The down-regulated expression of E-cadherin and the high expression of COX-2 might participate in invasion and diversion of gastric carcinoma together.
