| To reach the goal of $1000 for sequencing a mammalian genome, a variety of progresses have been obtained in the past years. The present paper discussed the pessibility of different strategies in approaching the goal of the $1000 genone project. The potential application of on/off switch in biochip sequencing is also discussed. |
