| 目的 探讨老年结核性胸膜炎临床特点、及提高其治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析88例老年结核性胸膜炎患者的临床资料,并与123例青年结核性胸膜炎的临床资料进行比较.结果 老年结核性胸膜炎的临床表现与青年组有明显不同,老年组并发症明显高于青年组.PPD试验阳性率老年组明显低于青年组(P＜0.05),血性胸水老年组明显高于青年组(P＜0.05).老年组治愈32例(36.4%),明显低于青年组(96例,78.0%)(P＜0.05).老年组药物副作用明显高于青年组(P＜0.05).结论 老年结核性胸膜炎病情复杂多变,应及早诊断,及早治疗,积极处理并发症,以提高临床治愈率. |

| Objective To explore the clinical features of tubercular pleurisy in the elderly and promote the therapy effect.Methods The clinical data of 88 aged patients with tubercular pleurisy were analyzed retrospectively,and compared with 123 cases of youth.Results The clinical expressiveness of tubercular pleurisy in the elderly differed obviously from that in the young.Complications of aged group were more than those of young group.The positive rate of PPD test in aged group was inferior to that in young group(P<0.05),and hemic pleural effusion in aged group was more than that in young group(P<0.05).32(36.4%) cases were healed in aged group,and its healing rate is under that in young group(96 cases,78.0%)(P<0.05).The side effects of remedy in aged group were above those of young group(P<0.05).Conclusions The state of illness is complexed and diversified in aged patients with tubercular pleurisy.In order to elevating clinical healing rate,it should be diagnosed and treated betimes,and actively dealed with complications. |
