| 目的 观察根管内应用奥硝唑、强的松龙消毒后,对慢性根尖周炎根管治疗期间痛(EIP)的影响.方法 选择非急性炎症的慢性根尖周炎患者246例(246颗)进行根管治疗,随机分成3组,分别在根管内封奥硝唑、强的松龙和甲醛甲酚(FC),采用临床观察分析法,分别观察3组临床反应的差异.结果 奥硝唑组Ⅱ～Ⅲ级疼痛发生率为8.75%,强的松龙组10.47%,FC组36.25%.奥硝唑组与强的松龙组比较,差异无显著性;奥硝唑组、强的松龙组分别与FC组比较,P＜0.01,差异有显著性.结论 根管内封奥硝唑或强的松龙能预防和降低EIP的发生率,并能减轻疼痛程度. |

| Objective To investigate the effect of decreasing the incidence of endodontic interappointment pain(EIP) by ornidazole and prednisolone acetate endodontic sterilization.Methods 246 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis,pulpitis or dental pulp necrosis(without acutein inflammation) involved in the study after root canal were randomly divided into ornidazole group(n=80),prednisolone acetate group(n=86) and FC group(n=80),then the incidence of EIP was observed and compared with FC group.Results The clinical observation revealed that the incidence of EIP of ornidazole group(8.75%) and prednisolone acetate group(10.47%)were lower than that of FC group(36.25%) P<0.01.Conclusion Ornidazole and prednisolone acetate endodontic sterilization can significantly prevent the onset of EIPand decrease EIP. |
