| 目的 探讨关节镜下治疗前交叉韧带止点胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折的方法及疗效.方法 膝关节镜下,寻找并确定骨折块的部位,用前交叉韧带定位器在胫骨结节的内侧向前交叉韧带起点左右各钻一个骨道,复位骨折块后用钢丝内固定.结果 术后随访3月～2年,平均1年2个月,X线复查显示骨折复位及愈合良好,前抽屉试验及Lachman试验阴性,无前向不稳,关节功能恢复满意.结论 关节镜下胫骨髁间棘骨折钢丝内固定手术创伤小,固定可靠,术后关节功能恢复好. |

| Objective To study the minimal invasive procedure under arthroscope and clinic results in the treatment of avulsion fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence.Method The fracture was found and two holes were drilled from internal tibial tubercules to the starting point of anterior crucial ligament using a positioning device under arthroscope.Reposition and fixation of the fracture were made using a steel wire.Result With 3 months to 2 years follow-ups(average 1 year and 2 months),X-ray confirmed satisfactory reposition and healing.Negative anterior drawer test or Lachman test and satisfactory joint function were received with no unsteadiness.Conclusion Treatment of avulsion fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence using minimal invasive procedure under arthroscope is an effective procedure with the benefit of limited invasion and satisfactory fixation and joint function. |
