| 目的 应用免疫组化方法检测Caveolin-1在结直肠癌中的表达情况,旨在探索Caveolin-1在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用.方法 收集临床标本,制作石蜡切片,行EnVision二步法免疫组化染色,观察Caveolin-1在细胞内的表达情况.结果 Caveolin-1着色主要在肿瘤细胞胞浆,结直肠癌中Caveolin-1的表达明显高于腺瘤及癌旁黏膜(P＜0.005).Caveolin-1高表达的结直肠癌患者其长期生存率比低表达者低,但未显示出统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 结直肠癌的发生伴随Caveolin-1的表达升高,但Caveolin-1对患者的生存率没有明显的影响. |

| Objective To examine the expression of Caveolin-1 in CRC with the way of immunonistochemical staining.Methods We adopt the EnVision two-step immunonistochemical staining to test the expression of Caveolin-1 in CRC which were clinical specimen.Results The carcinoma cells showed diffuse cytoplasmic staining of Caceolin-1,and the level of expression of Caveolin-1 in CRC was more higher than that in adenoma and adjacent noneoplastic colonic mucosa,the difference was very significant(P<0.005).The long surviva rate of the group of caveolin1 high expression was lower than that of cavcolin-1 low expression,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The up-regulation of the Caveolin-1 expression goes along with the happen of CRC,but it has no obvious influence on the survive rate of patients. |
