| 目的 比较中心静脉导管与粗硅胶管行闭式引流治疗自发性气胸的疗效和并发症.方法 26例自发性气胸患者行中心静脉导管引流,27例行粗硅胶管引流为治疗组,观察疗效和并发症.结果 中心静脉导管闭式引流与置粗硅胶管闭式引流的两组在肺复张时间、拔管时间及住院时间差异无显著性,疗效相近,但两组出现不良反应差异有显著性.结论 中心静脉导管闭式引流治疗气胸是一种痛苦小,并发症少,操作规程简单,舒适耐受的方法. |

| Objective To othorax of using thoracic closed compare the curative effects and complications in treating the spontaneous pneum drainage of central vein catheter and of using thick silicagel catheter. Methods Twenty - six cases of spontaneous pneumothorax had the thoracic closed drainage of the central vein catheter, while 27 cases in the same condition had the thoracic closed drainage of the thick silica gel catheter. Results Their curative effects were similar without obvious differences,but the thoracic closed drainage of the thick silica gel catheter had more complications. Conclusion The treatment of spontaneous pneu - mothorax through the thoracic closed drainage of the central vein catheter is satisfactory remedy with little side effect and fewer complications. It is simple to use and had comfortable tolerance. |
