| 目的 总结应用腹腔镜结肠镜双镜联合左半结肠切除术5例的手术操作技术.方法 2003年9月～2006年4月应用腹腔镜结肠镜双镜联合技术施行左半结肠切除术5例.回顾性分析手术结果、术中及术后并发症,并随访1～31个月.结果 5例患者手术均获成功,无1例中转开腹,手术时间约为4 h,术后恢复良好,无切口感染、吻合口漏、肠梗阻等并发症,随访无切口复发及肠梗阻.结论 对于无远处转移的左侧结肠肿瘤患者,在单用腹腔镜定位困难的情况下使用腹腔镜结肠镜双镜联合技术行左半结肠切除术安全可行,可以获得良好的治疗效果. |

| Objective To summarize the expe_rience of 5 cases of laparoscopic and colonoscopie left hemi - colectomy. Methods From Sep. 2003 to Apr. 2006, 5 patients underwent laparoscopic and colonoscopic left hemi - colectomy. The results of operative and complications were studied retrospectively. The follow - up was 1 - 31 months. Results 5 cases were done successfully, all patients recovered after operation. There were no infection of incisional wound, stoma fistula and ileus. Trocar site and wound recurrences of malignancies and intestinal obstruction did not occurred during the follow - up time. Conclusions It is difficult to locate the patients of left colon cancer without far metastasis only using laparoscope, laparoscopic and colonoscopic left hemi - colectomy is safe and feasible, and can get a good therapeutic result. |
