| 目的 讨论不能手术切除的胰腺癌CT表现及诊断标准.方法 回顾性分析32例经手术、病理证实不能手术切除之胰腺癌的主要CT表现,对其增强特点,胰周脂肪、血管、邻近器官改变、转移特点及扫描方法进行重点分析. 结果 胰腺癌不可切除的征象有以下几点:胰周血管受侵,肝转移及腹膜转移,邻近器官受侵,远处淋巴结转移以及胰周脂肪层模糊同时伴有其他不可切除征象. 结论 螺旋CT增强扫描可以准确评估肿瘤侵犯范围、程度以及转移情况,对血管受侵的显示尤为清晰. |

| Objective To prove the spiral CT findings and diagnostic criteria of unresectable pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The spiral CT findings resulted from 32 cases of pancreatic carcinoma,which are tested by surgery and histopathologic examinations,were retrospectively studied.Factors like peripancreatic vasculars and fat tissue,metastases or adjacent involvement,and the protocol of the scan were carefully evaluated. Results The CT diagnoses of unresectable pancreatic carcinoma include: peripancreatic vascular involvement,metastasis of liver and peritoneum,adjacent organ involvement,distant metastatic lymphadenopathy and invasion of peripancreatic fat plane accompanied by other signs of unresectable lesion revealed in the same evaluation.Conclusion Spiral CT scan accurately evaluates and determines the range,degree of tumor,metastatic lesions and especially the peripancreatic vascular involvement. |
