| 目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶-2及其抑制物-2在妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘中的表达,探讨其与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的关系.方法 收集住院分娩产妇的胎盘组织共52例,其中正常胎盘组织标本16例(对照组),妊娠期高血压疾病患者的胎盘组织标本36例(实验组),应用免疫组化S-P法检测胎盘组织的MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达.结果 妊娠高血压疾病患者的胎盘组织中MMP-2的表达明显低于正常妊娠(P＜0.01),妊娠高血压疾病患者的胎盘组织中TIMP-2与正常妊娠之间比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05),TIMP-2 / MMP-2在妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘滋养细胞中的表达比正常晚期妊娠升高(P＜0.01 ).结论 MMP-2低表达或TIMP-2/MMP-2比值升高与血管重铸异常、妊娠期高血压疾病发病有关,可能是胎盘病理改变的发病基础. |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of mat-rix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitor of metallopro teinase-2 in placenta of the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods Placenta tissues were collected from the women with delivery in the Nanhua Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University and genecology and Obstetics Hospital of Hengyan from Oct.2005 to Apr.2006.The total number is 52,and 16 of it is from the women with normal pregnancy(control team) and 36 of it is from the women with hypertensive disorder complicat-ing pregnancy syndrome(experimentation team).The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were examined by in situ hybridization. Results The expression of MMP-2 is significantly reduced in the placentas of women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(P<0.01),but that of TIMP-2 has no significant difference(P> 0.05).The expression of TIMP-2/MMP-2 is significantly increased in the placentas of women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(P<0.01).Conclusion Decreased expression of MMP-2 and imbalance in TIMP-2/MMP-2 are related to invasive defect,abnormal vascular remodeling and hypertensive disorder complicating.These abnormal changes may be responsible for the placental pathological change. |
