| 亲环素A是一种在生物体内普遍存在的蛋白质,具有肽脯氨酰顺反异构酶活性,并作为一种分子伴侣,参与体内多种蛋白的成熟、折叠、活化、稳定及定位。亲环素A具有很多生物学功能,包括免疫调节、细胞生长、肿瘤发生和血管疾病。其中,它在心血管疾病中的作用涉及环孢霉素A和MAPK家族。本文就亲环素A在心血管系统中的作用作一综述。 |

| Objective Cyclophilin A is a ubiquitous protein in the organism,which possess peptidel prolyl cis-trans isomersae activity,and also been identified as chaperones able to regulate many correlated biological process of many types proteins in vivo such as mature,folding,activation,stabilization and location.Cyclophilin A involves many biological functions including immune modulation,cell growth,tumorigenesis,and vascular disease.Among thesefunctions,effect of cyclophilin A in the cardiovascular system refers to cyclosporinA and MAPK.This paper reviews the effece of cyclophilinA in the cardiovascular system. |
