| 目的探讨去甲肾上腺素经肾造瘘管注入在微创经皮肾镜碎石术（mPCNL）后止血中的意义。方法选择127例mPCNL术后回房即时尿液中血红蛋白浓度大于2．5g／L的患者，65例经肾造瘘管注入生理盐水10mL加去甲肾上腺素4mg，62例术后仅注入生理盐水10mL作对照，夹管0．5h后放开，分别于用药后1h、6h测定肾造瘘管尿液的血红蛋白浓度，并进行比较。结果应用去甲肾上腺素组术后1h、6h肾造瘘管尿液的血红蛋白浓度明显低于对照组。结论去甲肾上腺素经肾造瘘管注入对微创经皮肾镜碎石术后出血有明显止血效果，具有临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To discuss significance of application of Norepinephrine in post-mPCNL hemostasia.Methods Four mg norepinephrine and 10 mL 0.9%sodium chloride were injected in 65 cases and 10 mL 0.9% sodium chloride were injected in 62 cases by artificial kidney fistula,immediately converging duct.At 1h and 6 h we determined uine haemoglobin concentration of artificial kidney fistula.Results Uine haemoglobin concentration of artificial kidney fistula in norepinephrine group was less than sodium chloride group in post-mPCNL.Conclusions Injection of norepinephrine by artificial kidney fistula have significantly hemostatic effect. |
