| 目的探讨腹股沟疝术后并发症的防治方法。方法回顾性分析1995-2005年1730例腹股沟疝患者的病例资料。结果1730例中斜疝为1621例（93．7％），直疝109例（6．3％），出现并发症61例（3．5％）。结论充分的术前准备，良好的手术操作技能，恰当的术后处理是防治腹股沟疝术后并发症的关键。 |

| Objective To explore the way to prevention and treatment for post-operative complications of Inguinal hernia.Method One thousand seven hundred and thirty cases datum of inguinal hernia from the year of 1995 to 2005 were reviewed.Result There were 1 621(93.5%) indirect inguinal hernia and 109(6.3%) direct inguinal hernia in 1 730 cases.Conclusion Abandant perioprative preparative,good operative skills and appropriate post operative managements are the key of prevention and cure for inguinal hernia post-operative complacations. |
