| 目的探讨婴儿晚发性维生素K缺乏并颅内出血的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院自1999年12月。2006年1月共收治9例婴儿晚发性维生素K缺乏并颅内出血病例。结果9例患儿全部治愈出院。结论维生素K缺乏的治疗包括紧急穿刺血肿腔、手术、输血和纠酸，补充维生素K，术后重点解决脱水利尿与维持水电平衡的矛盾。 |

| Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial hematoma in infants with vitamin K deficiency.Methods Nine cases of intracranial hematoma in infants with vitamin K deficiency since December 1999 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Nine cases were all cured.Conclusion Cause of the disease is vitamine K deficiency.It can be diagnosed correctly by the age,the history of birth,symptoms,signs,the examinations of CT and the examinations of the cruor function,and so on.The therapy methods consist of hematoma puncture,operation,blood filtering,correcting acidosis,supplying vitamin K,resolving the contradictions between dehydration and maintaining the water and electricity's balance after operation. |
