| 目的总结外科治疗成人绞窄性腹股沟斜疝的经验。方法回顾性分析1986年1月～2004年12月52例成人绞窄性腹股沟斜疝外科手术的临床资料。结果本组无手术死亡。一期疝修补占92．3％（48／52），其中回肠切除吻合后作疝修补占一期疝修补的66．7％（32／48），术后残留疝囊积液2例，深部切口感染致手术失败后疝复发1例，二期疝修补困难转上级医院行无张力疝修补术治愈。单纯疝囊高位结扎4例（经腹2例，经腹股沟1例，经腹股沟加作腹部切口1例）。结论正确掌握一期疝修补术是治疗成人绞窄性腹股沟斜疝的主要有效方法。 |

| Objective To summarize experience of treating adult strangulated indirect inguinal hernia.Methods The data of 52 adult patients with strangulated indirect inguinal hernia collected from January,1986 to December,2004 were retrospectively studied.Results Nobody was died.48 patients were enforced primary repair,92.3%(48/52).32 patients were enforced primary repair after ileal resection,66.7%(32/48),and 2 patients complicated with hernial sac fluidify,1 patients relapsed because of deep infection of incisional wound,and had to enforce tension-free herniorrhaph.4 patients were enforced high ligation of hernial sac(2 patients were repaired from abdominal cavity,1 from inguen,1 from abdominal cavity and inguen).Conclusions Appropriate use of primary repair is a main effective method to treat adult strangulated indirect inguinal hernia. |
