| 目的探讨胆囊结石合并糖尿病时做预防性胆囊切除的效果。方法对2000～2005年胆囊结石合并糖尿病病人107例进行分析。结果手术治疗胆囊结石1652例，其中胆囊结石合并糖尿病107例，107例中预防性切除33例，急诊手术74例。结论胆囊结石合并糖尿病宜预防性胆囊切除。以腹腔镜胆囊切除为首选。 |

| Objective To explore the efficiency of the preventive cholecystectomy for the patients who had cholecytolithiasis combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods The patients who had cholecystolithiasis,Some of them with diabetes mellitus from 2000 to 2005 were studied.Result We had done the operation for 1 652 cases,of which 107 cases were combined with diabetes mellitus.Among all the cases,there were 33 cases with preventive cholecystectomy and 77 cases with emergency operation.Conclusion The patients with diabetes mellitus combined with cholecystolithiasis were very commom.The best way is to do the preventive cholecystectomy and the first choice is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
