| 目的对应用邻近双侧大阴唇皮瓣、阴股沟皮瓣成形进行阴道再造术的经验与体会进行总结。方法4例先天性无阴道患者采用双侧大阴唇皮瓣法行阴道再造术，6例先天性无阴道患者采用双侧阴股沟皮瓣法行阴道再造术。结果20个皮瓣全部成活，随诊半年至2年，再造阴道柔软，富有弹性与感觉，能满足性生活需要，效果令人满意。结论邻近大阴唇皮瓣，阴股沟皮瓣具有血运丰富，易成活；解剖简便易行，手术操作相对简单；瓣薄，再造阴道不臃肿；柔软富有弹性与感觉；无继发挛缩现象；供区相对隐蔽等优点，阴股沟皮瓣更优于大阴唇皮瓣，更能保持术后外阴形态的完好性。 |

| Objective To summarize the experience of reconstruction of vagina performed through application of plastic operation of adjacent bilateral Labium majus pudendi skin flap or pudendofemoral flap. Methods 4 patients with congenital absence of vagina were performed reconstruction of vagina by using bilateral labium majus pudendi skin flap method,and another 6 patients were performed reconstruction of vagina by using bilateral pudendofemoral flap method.Results 20 skin flaps all survived.After half an year to 2 years follow-up,reconstruction vaginas were soft,full of elasticity and sensation,and basically satisfied need of sexual life.The effect was satisfactory.Conclussions Adjacent labium majus pudendi skin flap or pudendofemoral flap with rich blood supply easily survived.The dissection and operation was relatively simple,thin skin flap was full of elasticity and sensation and didn't make reconstruction vagina fat and clumsy. Usually,no secondary contracture phenomenon happened,and donor site was relatively convert.Rather than labium majus pudendi skin flap,pudendofemoral flap could better maintain the eumorphism of postoperative vulva conformation. |
