| 目的检测子宫肌瘤组织中内皮素-1（ET-1）及其受体A（ETA）的表达，探讨ET-1及ETA在子宫肌瘤的发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测30例子宫肌瘤组织中Er-1及ETA的表达，并与邻近的正常子宫肌组织进行比较。结果ET-1和ETA在子宫肌瘤组织和正常子宫肌组织中均有程度不同的表达。其阳性颗粒均定位于细胞浆中，其中ETA在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达以＋＋、＋＋＋为主，占73．3％；在正常子宫肌组织中的表达以＋以下为主，占66．7％，两者比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。在子宫肌瘤组织中，ETA的表达在分泌期强于增生期，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；ET-1在子宫肌瘤组织中的阳性表达占83．3％，正常子宫肌组织中的阳性表达为73．3％，两者比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论（1）子宫肌瘤组织及正常子宫肌组织均具有分泌ET-1和ETA的功能。（2）ETA在子宫肌瘤细胞中呈高表达，提示ETA的高表达与子宫肌瘤的发生有关。（3）ETA在子宫肌瘤组织中分泌期高于增生期，提示孕激素可能促进ETA的合成。 |

| Objective To determine the expression of endothelin-1(ET-1) and endothelin receptor A(ETA) in the uterine leiomyoma and the normal myometrium,and to investigate the role of endothelin-1 and endothelin receptor A in the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma.Method Immunohistochemical method(SABC) was employed to detect the expression of endothelin-1 and endothelin receptor A in both uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrium of 30 patients,who undergo hysterectomy for leiomyoma.Results 1.There were some certain extent expression of ET-1 and ETA in the uterine leiomyoma and the normal myometrium.The positive expression of ET-1 and ETA appeared mostly in the cell plasm.2.The positive expression of ETA in the uterine leiomyoma(73.3%) was higher than the normal myometrium(33.3%).3.The expression of ETA was singnificant higher in the secretory phase than the proliferative phase(P<0.05).4.There were no difference for positive expression of ET-1 between the uterine leiomyoma(83.3%) and the normal myometrium(73.3%)(P>0.05).Conclusions(1)Both the uterine leiomyoma and the normal myometrium can secrete ET-1 and ETA.(2)There is a higher expression of ETA in the uterine leiomyoma,which indicates that the expression of ETA relates with the development of the uterine leiomyoma.(3)The expression of ETA is singnificantly higher in the secretory phase than in the proliferative phase,which reveals that the progestogen may promote the synthesis of ETA. |
