目的探讨NO-1886对高糖/高脂/高胆固醇饲养的小型猪血浆炎症标志物C-反应蛋白水平的影响。方法15只雄性巴马小型猪分成3组,分别饲以正常饮食,高脂/高糖/高胆固醇(HFSCD)和高脂/高糖/高胆固醇加1%NO-1886饮食(HFSCD+NO-1886)5个月,每两周称一次体重,每月末抽血测定C-反应蛋白的浓度,5月末处死动物后取腹膜后脂肪、大网膜、肠系膜脂肪测定其相对重量。结果HFSCD饲养的小型猪体重明显增加,尤其是腹膜后脂肪、大网膜和肠系膜的脂肪重量显著增加,并且血浆C-反应蛋白水平明显升高;在HFSCD中加入NO-1886明显减轻了小型猪的体重增加,抑制脂肪的异位蓄积,降低了血浆C-反应蛋白的浓度。结论NO-1886可以明显降低高脂/高糖/高胆固醇饲养的小型猪血浆C-反应蛋白的水平升高。 |

Objective To ascertain whether NO-1886 has beneficial action in plasma C-reactive protein in high-fat/high-sucrose/high-cholesterol diet(HFSCD)-fed miniature pigs.Methods Male,fifteen Bama-miniature pigs were fed for 5 months on a control diet or a HFSCD with,or without NO-1886(1.0%).Body weights were recorded every two weeks.Plasma C-reactive protein was measured monthly.The pigs were sacrificed at the end of month 5 and the amounts of retroperitoneal,epiploon,and mesenteric fats weight were compared.Results The body weights of HFSCD miniature pigs were markedly elevated with time,especially the amounts of retroperitoneal,epiploon,and mesenteric fats(g/kg body weight) were significantly increased.The plasma C-reactive protein also significantly increased in HFSCD group.Whereas supplementing HFSCD with 1% NO-1886 inhibited body weight gain throughout the study,decreasing abdominal fat accumulation and decreasing plasma C-reactive protein.Conclusion These results indicate that long-term administration of NO-1886 may have a beneficial effect on plasma C-reactive protein in HFSCD-fed miniature pigs. |
