      目的了解肠球菌感染的菌种分布特征及其耐药性.方法所有菌株用常规方法分离,用API20Strep鉴定;药敏试验采用K-B法. 结果 243株肠球菌中主要有粪肠球菌161株(占66.2%),屎肠球菌64株(占26.3%);肠球菌庆大高耐株(HLRG)检出129例(高达53.3%),耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)检出1例(0.4%).结论应关注屎肠球菌感染的上升趋势;实验室应将肠球菌鉴定达到种水平;进行VRE的检测也非常重要.

      Objective To explore the characteritics of the species distribution and drug resistance of the Enterococcus detected from infected patients.Methods Routine assay was used to detect and API20Strep to certificate,and K-B assay to test drug resistance.Result 161(66.2%) E.faecalis and 64(26.3%) E.faecium were certificated from 243 strains Eterococcus.53.3% of the HLRG-strain and one case of VER strain were detected.Conclusion The results suggest that the uptrend of the E.faecium infection rate should be payed serious attention to,and Eterococcus should be checked up to species level,and test of the VRE-strain is also important.
