| 目的探讨湘西地区非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）患者泌尿生殖道支原体的感染率及其对常用抗生素的敏感性,为临床治疗提供实验依据.方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司IST2支原体试剂盒对566例泌尿生殖标本进行解脲脲支原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）的检测及药敏试验.结果支原体阳性共228例（40.3%）,其中Uu阳性171例（75.0%）,Mh阳性36例（15.8%）,Uu和Mh同时阳性21例（9.2%）;女性支原体阳性率（54.3%）显著高于男性（30.7%）（P《0.01）.Uu和Mh对9种抗生素敏感性最高者均为强力环素（92.4%和91.7%）,其次是原始霉素（90.6%和86.1%）和交沙霉毒（86.5%和86.1%）,Uu和Mh对其它抗生素均存在不同程度的耐药性.结论泌尿生殖道支原体是引起NGU的主要病原体,强力环素和交沙霉素是该地区治疗支原体感染的首选药物,临床上应根据药敏结果选用敏感抗生素进行规范治疗. |

| Objective To investigate the infection rate and antibiotics susceptibility of mycoplasma from the patients with nongonococcal urethritis(NGU) in Xiangxi,and to conduct the clinical pharmacotherapy.Methods IST2 mycoplasma detection kits(Bio-Merieux,France) were used to detect Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(Mh) from 566 suspected patients,as well as their drug susceptibilities.Results The total mycoplasma infection rate was 40.3%,with 75.0% of Uu,15.8% of Mh and 9.2% of Uu and Mh,respectively.The infection rate in male was significantly higher than that in female(P<0.01).Both Uu and Mh showed high susceptibility to doxycycline,and next to pristinamycine and josamycin,and resistant to the rest of antibiotics.Conclusions The major pathogen of NGU was genitourinary mycoplasma.Doxycycline and Josamycin were first-choice drugs in clinical pharmacotherapy in genitourinary mycoplasma infection in Xiangxi. |
