| 目的探讨肺心汤治疗肺心病急性发作期的临床疗效.方法将64例肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例.两组均在抗炎的基础上,治疗组服用肺心汤,对照组服用舒弗美及静滴氨茶碱,连续治疗14天.比较两组临床疗效及血气、血液流变学改善情况.结果两组临床疗效、血气、血液流变学均有明显改善,且治疗组与对照组疗效相当.结论在常规抗炎的基础上加服肺心汤,可以进一步改善患者的临床症状、血气及血液流变学且未出现不良反应. |

| Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Feixin Tang treating cor pulmonale in acute stage.Methods 64 cases of cor pulmouale in acute stage were randomly divided into treatment group with 32 cases and control group with 32 cases.Two groups were treated with cefotaxime.The treatment group were treated with Feixin Tang,and the control group were treated with common west medicine,both for 14 consecutive days.The therapeutic effects on clinical,blood gas and hemorrheologic parameters were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical therapeutic effects,blood gas and hemorrheologic parameters improved significantly in the two groups.And there was not a marked significance statistically(P>0.05).Conclusion Routine treatment of western medicine combined with Feixin Tang can further improve clinical symptoms,blood gas and hemorrheologic parameters with no negative effect. |
