| 目的 探讨脑卒中患者的情绪障碍，为治疗和预防提供心理学依据。方法 对明确诊断的脑卒中患者的情绪障碍采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表进行评分且与常模进行比较研究，并对其相关因素进行相应分析。结果 54例脑卒中患者焦虑评分均值及抑郁评分均值高于常模均值并且差异有显著性（P〈0．01），患者的性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、诊断、性格特征、病灶位置、诱因和后遗症等诸因素中，SAS与SDS的发生频率与其无明显关系。结论脑卒中患者普遍存在焦虑及抑郁的情绪障碍，应加强对脑卒中患者的心理健康教育。 |

| Objective To investigate the emotional disorder of the patients with stroke so as to provide psychological evidence for the therapy and prevention.Methods The comparison of the score of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale was performed between the patients with stroke and the norm of the common,and analyzing the correlation factor.Result The score of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the 54 patients with stroke is higher than that in the norm of the common,significant differences in the examination were found on above(t_1=7.43,t_2=(5.08),P<0.01).The emotional disorder have nothing to do with sex,age,degree of education,profession,character of the patient,position of focus of infection,motivation and sequela etc. Conclusion There are Emotional Disorder generally in the patients with stroke.The health education about mentality should be strengthened for stroke patients. |
