      目的 观察罗格列酮对胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistant,IR)大鼠血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1,slCAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,sVCAM-1)含量的影响。方法 将36只sD大鼠随机分成3组,即对照组:普通饲料喂养8周;胰岛素抵抗组(IR组):高果糖饲料喂养8周;罗格列酮组:高果糖饲料喂养8周,后4周加用罗格列酮处理。8周末测定各实验组的空腹血糖、血胰岛素、血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1的水平。结果与对照组相比,IR组血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平增加;罗格列酮能显著降低IR大鼠血清sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平。结论 罗格列酮能抑制IR大鼠黏附分子的产生,有助于防治IR所致的血管并发症。

      Objective To observe the effect of rosiglitazone on the levels of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) in insulin resistant rats.Methods 36 male SpragueDawley(SD) rats were divided into 3 groups randomly: control group were fed with commom diet for 8 weeks,IR group were fed with high fructose diets for 8 weeks,rosiglitazone group were fed with high fructose diets for 8 weeks and treated with rosiglitazone after 4 weeks.At the end of 8th week,fasting blood glcose(FBG),fasting serum insulin(FSI),sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were measured respectively in groups.Results Compared with control group,serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 levels significantly increased in IR group;After rosiglitazone treatment, serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 levels remarkably reduced.Conclusion Rosiglitazone may inhibit the production of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1,and play a role in the prevention and treatment of vascular complication led by insulin resistance.
