      目的 探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在乳腺癌组织中的表达状态以及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法 对行乳腺癌根治术后甲醛固定的石蜡包埋组织进行连续切片和HIF-1α免疫组化染色。结果 45例乳腺癌的HIF-1α阳性率为82.22%;HIF-1α表达与乳腺癌的组织类型、PR标志、ER标志、TNM分期、癌性坏死之间无相关性,但与淋巴结是否转移、炎症反应程度及病程长短之间有一定关系。结论 HIF-1α过表达与乳腺癌不良生物学行为有一定关系。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the relationship of the hypoxia inducible factor-1a(HIF-1a) with the clinical pathology in breast carcinoma.Methods Forty-five samples of breast carcinoma tissues were examined for HIF-1a expression by SABC immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of HIF-1a was 82.22%,the expression of HIF-1a was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,inflammatory reaction and course. Conclusion The overexpression of HIF-1a was related with poor biological behavior of breast carcinoma.
