| 目的 研究鼻咽癌p16基因第二外显子的状态。方法 采用多重PCR分析法，单链构象多态性（single strand conformation polymorphism，SSCP）法分别对66例鼻咽癌石蜡包埋标本与相应的癌旁组织中p16基因突变情况进行检测。结果 66例肿瘤标本中，发现24例p16基因缺失，点突变未检出，而相应的癌旁组织未检出缺失。结论 p16基因在鼻咽癌中存在高频率的缺失，其改变在鼻咽癌发病过程中具有一定的作用。 |

| Objective To study the second exon status of p16 gene in nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods Using the multiple PCR analysis and polymorphism of single chain conformation,the mutation of p16 gene were detected in 66 NPC paraffin imbedding samples and the homologous carcinoma side tissue. Results Among 66 NPC samples,24 case's p16 gene were imperfect,but the point mutation of p16 gene and the deletion of p16 gene in the carcinoma side tissue were not detected.Conclusion Data shows that the imperfections of p16 gene in nasopharyngeal cancer are in high frequency.Its abnormal alteration may play an important role in the process of nasopharyngeal cancer. |
