| 目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织COX-2表达的临床意义及与VEGF的关系。方法免疫组织化学SABC法检测57例BTCC组织及12例正常膀胱组织COX-2及VEGF蛋白表达,分析COX-2表达与肿瘤临床分期、病理分级及复发的关系。结果正常膀胱组织中未见COX-2表达,BTCC组织中COX-2的阳性表达率为63.16%。COX-2的阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期以及复发相关。BTCC组织中COX-2与VEGF表达密切相关(r=0.607,P<0.001)。结论COX-2在膀胱癌组织中表达上调,COX-2可能在BTCC发展中起着重要的作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2) protein and its relationship with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in bladder cancer. Methods The expression of COX-2 and VEGF protein was detected by immunohistochemistry methods in 57 bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 12 normal bladder tissues; The relationship between COX-2 expression and various clinicopathological parameters including pathological grade and clinical stage was analyzed. Results No expression of COX-2 was observed in the normal bladder tissues; The positive rate of COX-2 was 63.16%in cancerous tissues.There was significant relationship between COX-2 protein expression and patients'TNM stages and tumor histological differentiation. The expression of COX-2 protein was significantly correlated with VEGF protein expression. Conclusion COX-2 was upregulated in bladder tissues,COX-2 may play a synergetic role in the process of bladder transitional cell carcinoma carcinogenesis. |
