| 目的探讨乳腺癌nm23(non-metastasisgene23)、ER(estrogenreceptor)及PR(ProgesteroneReceptor)蛋白表达与其发生骨转移的危险,分析nm23蛋白检测的临床意义,指导患者进行放射性核素骨显像检查。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测乳腺癌组织中nm23、ER和PR蛋白的表达,用成组资料logistic回归分析方法,分析乳腺癌nm23蛋白表达与其骨转移的危险因素,以行×列表或四格表χ2检验,对乳腺癌nm23蛋白表达与各观察因素的关系进行单因素分析。结果nm23、ER及PR蛋白在对照组所有样本中均为阳性表达;将乳腺癌组织中,nm23、ER及PR蛋白表达状况,综合成组资料logistic回归分析和单因素χ2检验结果显示,乳腺癌nm23蛋白表达与其临床分期、腋窝淋巴结和骨转移相关;乳腺癌晚期、低分化、nm23蛋白低表达及腋窝淋巴结有转移,是乳腺癌骨转移的危险因素。结论检测分析乳腺癌组织中nm23、ER及PR蛋白的表达,有助于对乳腺癌患者预后的判断和治疗方案的制定。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression of nm23(non-metastasis gene 23), ER(estrogen receptor) and PR(Progesterone Receptor) proteins and the dangerous factors of bone metastasis in breast carcinoma. Methods The nm23, ER, PR proteins expression were detected in 76 primary breast carcinoma cases by immunohistochemical method. The correlated factors of nm23 protein expression and the dangerous factors of bone metastasis were explored by conducting logistic analysis. Results The nm23,ER and PR proteins expression was positive in controlling breast tissue. The result of multivariate and univariate was that nm23, ER and PR proteins expression, clinical staging, axillary lymph node and bone metastasis were correlated to nm23 protein expression. The dangerous factors of bone metastasis included clinical staging, histological grades, expression of nm23 protein and axillary lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The detection of nm23, ER and PR proteins is useful in prognosis evaluation, decision of therapy in breast carcinoma cases. |
